A recent graduate of Government-run Dolokelen Gboveh high school in Gbarnga Bong county has been discovered dead in the county.
N. Abraham T. Mulbah was on Wednesday September 28, discovered dead along the Kpayah-Kornee route in Jorquelleh electoral district#3, Bong County.
The incident is reported to have occurred at about 5PM.
Following a tip-off, the Liberia National Police Bong County’s detachment through the Crime Services division dispatched a team of investigators to ascertain the cause of Abraham’s death.
Upon arrival on the incident’s scene, fifteen men juror was set up under the directive of the police to conduct a comprehensive examination as required by law, so as to establish the actual cause of the unfavorable situation.
When concluded, the fifteen men juror report indicates that ‘Abraham’s neck was broken’ with several bruises on his head: thereby resulting to his untimely demise.
Speaking to journalists in a regrettable tone on the incident scene, family members of the late Abraham Mulbah accepted the juror’s report but launched a passionate plea to the government of Liberia through the Ministry of Justice to promptly commission a thorough and impartial investigation for justice to be served.
Meanwhile, Mr. John Mulbah, father of the deceased said the loss of his child who was the breadwinner for their household has brought total setback and frustration to his life and joined other relatives to demand justice.
Though Police is yet to release findings of its preliminary probe, our reporter who visited the incident scene, gartered from passersby that Abraham Mulbah, as a motorist, was hired by two grownup men who said they were going to Kornee, a goldmine in electoral district#4, Bong County.

They furthered that they were shocked to have heard his death news; with many insinuating that the two passengers may have been perpetrators of the crime; citing that “they killed him and walked away with his motorcycle”.
This makes two the numbers of graduates of the Government run Gboveh high school who have died within a month period.
It can be recalled on Friday August 12, 2022, at 600hrs, a 26 years old Emmanuel Kerkulah who was also a graduate of Gboveh High school, was found lying unconscious in the bush near the Gbabea in the Sugar Hill Community an area around the Old Facebook entertainment center in Gbarnga.
According to police report of which is in the possession of Bong TV, based on the information from reliable source, a team of police investigators headed by Bong County Police Chief of operations Sup. Vanyaga Konneh immediately responded to the scene and the information was confirmed.
Victim Emmanuel Kerkulah was photographed and rushed to the Phebe Hospital in Suakoko District where he was pronounced dead by heath workers on duties upon arrival.
The situation brought a total standoff in the city of Gbarnga with many calling for justice into the death of Emmanuel Kerkulah.
