Cllr. Charlyne Brumskine the daughter of former falling Liberty Party Standard Bearer Charles Walker Brumskine has rubbished suggestions, that she will contest as Vice Running Mate to Alternatives National Congress (ANC) Presidential hopeful Alexander B. Cummings in the much anticipated Presidential and general election in 2023.
Cllr. Brumskine clarified that she is not thinking about running as Vice president to anyone as being speculated, but she explores the possibilities to contest as representative for Grand Bassa County District # 3.
Brumskine in a special interview podcast with Ablee Jay- Television on Wednesday, August 17, 2022, denied any intention of running as Vice President to Cummings as being speculated in many quaters in Grand Bassa County as well as flyers on Facebook, putting her right side, the ANC Standard Bearer, Alexander Benedict Cummings.
Madam Brumskine’s clarification comes as a result of a photo circulating on social media that that Cllr. Charlyne Brumskine has joined hands with Mr. Cummings as Vice Presidential Aspirant while Ambassador Joseph Boakai will select Businessman Benoni Urey as his vice running mate and the current Vice President Jewel Howard Taylor will be retained as vice running mate to President George Weah.
