Lonestar Cell MTN, Liberia’s leading telecommunication GSM company, over the weekend observed its fourth (4th ) Carols Night and Lighting of Christmas Tree in Congo Town, Tubman Boulevard.
The Carols Night is an annual event that seeks to share gifts and laughter. The program also aimed at providing and enhancing the quality services of Lonestar Cell, provision of gifts for all Lonestar Cell MTN customers who will make request in the online comment box.
The ceremony was held Friday December 9, 2022, at Lonestar Cell MTN headquarters in Congo Town. It brough together sveral Liberians and corporate organizations, as well as staff of the institution.
Others included sveral gospel signing groups who blessed the hearts of participants with beautiful Christmas carol songs and express exhilarated lyrics and words about the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
The entertaining Carols Night was also attended by the family of the Liberia Bank for Development and Investment (LBDI), Afriland Bank, Access Bank Liberia, among other.
Giving an overview and introduction of the program, the Project Lead Director Ms. Nula Erna Enders expressed gratitude to participants and stakeholders for honoring their invitation.
She indicated that there are lots of happiness, excitement and appreciation in Christmas that unite people and then that which divides, therefore, the Carol Night, she said is about unity love and appreciation.
Speaking further on the event, she narrated that every year, Lonestar Cell MTN celebrates the carol night and lighting of the Christmas tree but its mostly done internally among the staff but this time, they decided to invite stakeholders so that the laughter and fun can be shared.
‘’ We usually have this program just among ourselves and give out prestigious prizes, however, we decided to open it this time aroud so that we all can have fun together and appreciate God for how far He has brough us’’ Ms. Ender noted.
In brief remarks, Lonestar Cell MTN Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mr. Rahul De Johnett thanked the lead project coordinator and the entire staff for the service provided during the period under review.
Mr. Johnett said Lonestar Cell MTN continues to stand tall among its equal in Liberia because of their staff, customers and the unbeatable quality service the institution is providing for Liberia.
‘’We thank you for coming. Those you saw displaying here today are people we trained. However, as we about to enter the New Year, we have new offers to give out and new things to introduce. I want you to be patient we will do them but comment and make your wish so you can have a gift”, he said.
Meanwhile, the stakeholders thanked the company for organizing such an elaborate event, and at the same time recommended that Lonestar Cell MTN extend its internet service in every part of the country as it did with mobile money.
